Abstract

The theoretical thought of “preventive treatment of disease” in traditional Chinese medicine was first put forward in Huangdi’s Classic on Medicine-Lingshu-Nishun Chapter. It is also said that the treating disease before it is cured. It has a history of more than 2500 years. This preventive thought has a profound impact on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in later generations. And this is also an important part of the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine. This article focuses on the content of the idea of “preventive treatment of disease” and the health care in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
